Jef Nollet & NAKANO BLU

LOES - Latent Observant & Erratic Spectrum

LOES - Latent Observant & Erratic Spectrum is a video work about the subjective experience of time. Astronomic time is a consistent phenomenon. However, the understanding and experience of time is different for everyone, and constantly subject to change. A day might feel like a few hours. A minute might feel like an eternity.

Jef Nollet is an interdisciplinary artist focusing on relations. Through new media installations and sculptures he explores relations between entities; entities and themselves, entities and their surroundings, entities and himself. Through Nollet’s works, you are invited to explore how one could react to the curveballs life throws. What happens within, what happens between, what happens around, and where to find the balance.

Pablo Sanchez, also known as NAKANO BLU, is a sound artist and producer. He has released several dance focused tracks under this name with labels like Corresponding Positions, LXVIII or Sann Odea. His practice moves from sound design for club music productions to immersive art installations. Deeply interrelated, they allow each side of his work to influence one another.
